Shipping Information
Once you have submitted your order, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
Any orders containing pre-ordered items will be dispatched under one package on the same day. If you wish for orders to be dispatched separately, please contact us for an additional shipping quote or alternatively please make separate orders.
You will receive a tracking number and link via email when your order is shipped. If you wish to receive a tracking update via text message, please leave us note with your mobile number.
Orders above $100 will be sent with Signature on Delivery. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, signature on delivery is not guaranteed and orders are usually delivered via authority to leave.
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $50 and there is a flat rate of $9.95 on all orders under $50. Domestic shipping generally take between 1-10 business days. For international shipping, please contact us for quote / estimate.
Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be some delays in shipping. We also offer combined shipping. Please contact us if you make multiple orders and wish to combine them. Any extra shipping cost that was charged will be refunded within 1-3 business days.
